Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions.
Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
Dispatching of courier.
To do receipts for payment collected at the reception.
Contact existing customers to request complement of information.
Monitor, update and relay information received from FedEx systems.
Ensure that all files are updated with accurate and concise information.
Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards.
To handle outgoing calls.
Experience & Qualifications
Higher School Certificate.
2-3 years’ experience in customer service.
Pleasant and extrovert personality.
Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
Computer literate with ability to learn new software.
Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and in team.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
