Customer Service Agent

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions.
  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Dispatching of courier.
  • To do receipts for payment collected at the reception.
  • Contact existing customers to request complement of information.
  • Monitor, update and relay information received from FedEx systems.
  • Ensure that all files are updated with accurate and concise information.
  • Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards.
  • To handle outgoing calls.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Higher School Certificate.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Pleasant and extrovert personality.
  • Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners.
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
  • Computer literate with ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in team.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 08h30 – 17h00

Saturday: 08h30-12h30
