Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Act as a front-line representative for the Company with a professional and neat appearance at all times.
Ensure that the quality of service provided is at the highest level with a view to build a loyal clientele and promote company’s image
Main Accountabilities
1. Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Indoor sales – Prepare documentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Prepare paperwork including quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Follow up with clients regarding statement of accounts and ensure that all accounts are settled in a timely manner.
Prepare presentations, proposals.
Liaise regularly with Finance department to follow up regarding any pending payments or claims received from clients as per specific portfolio.
Conduct outbound calls, known as cold calling, to identify prospective customers.
Generate list of potential customers using leads from existing customers, business directories and trade shows.
Regularly visit clients and establish and maintain a good relationship with customers.
Support and participate in marketing promotion and activities such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required.
Follow up the Sales and Marketing plan and promote Company’s products and services.
Meet and exceeds targets and goals on a consistent basis.
2. Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Ensure that all KYC information is provided by clients prior to signing the sales contract including certificate of incorporation, VAT number, BRN.
Complete sales contracts and other forms applicable, duly maintain and update sales records and ensure an efficient tracking system for all paperwork.
Responsible for the Management of accounts for the portfolio of clients assigned.
Follow-up for collection of payment with the Finance Department.
Maintain up-to-date records regarding potential prospects.
Liaise regularly with the sales team keep them informed of progress of quotes, incoming/outcoming calls feedback, complaints (proposals, follow up with clients).
3. Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and enhance good relationships with customers.
Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Handle all requests, claims, and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure the customers’ satisfaction.
Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions.
4. Quality
Key Responsibilities:
Comply with and ensure compliance to warranty procedures and services standards within established company policies and procedures.
Follow and implement quality indicators as defined by Management.
Experience & Qualifications
Qualifications, Profile, Skills & Experience
Either HSC with a Certificate in Sales and/or Marketing plus experience or Degree Holder.
Experience in the Sales and Marketing sector would constitute an advantage.
Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant and extrovert personality.
Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and businesslike approach.
Fully computer literate with ability to learn new software.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
Grooming with a professional and neat appearance is essential.
Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
Able to work independently and/or in a team in a dynamic work environment.
Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
